public key可以有很多把, 就好比禮物的鎖有很多個
每個人想把自己的禮物送給遠方的接收者時, 大家就用這個public key來加密
可是對於可以打開這禮物的鑰匙卻只有一把 (private key)
是由接收者所持有, 於是當接收者收到來自各方的禮物時
便可用同一把鑰匙來打開
所以答案是A
