雖然這題我也寫A，但為什麼不是time-sharing?
又為什麼multiprogramming為multitasking的multiple-user version?

我所知道的是：
Multi-programming: 記憶體中有多個可執行的程式，當CPU所執行的程式需要等待某一
工作完成時，CPU可移轉至下一個程式，如此一來可輪流執行工作，充分利用CPU時間。
Multi-tasking: 我只知道是multi-programming的延伸，task間有相互依賴的關係。
分為協調式多工、可搶先式多工。

(能否請高手解釋一下Multi-tasking 及multiprogramming與multitasking之間的區別)
