A B要看此時potential GDP 與real GDP 的關係為何
potential GDP = real GDP 時自然失業率 = 實質失業率
此時cyclical rate of unemployment 為0
potential GDP < real GDP 時自然失業率 > 實質失業率
此時cyclical rate of unemployment就是負的
不過...
如果是PEAK(景氣高峰) realGDP > potentialGDP
或者TROUGH(景氣低谷) realGDP < GDP
但是EXPANSION(景氣復甦)realGDP有可能大於等於或小於potentialGDP
所以我覺得這題有點問題= =
: 政大97財政系的經濟學有一題：

: unemployment equals 4%, then cyclical unemployment equals:
: A) -2%
: B) 2%
: C) 6%
: D) 10%
這題就實質失業率 = 自然失業率 + 循環失業率
4% = 6% + -2%
應該沒錯吧= =
