想請教各位大大~ 剛剛在瀏覽一個介紹英文書信的網站~ 他有教導如何撰寫一篇有關"Customer Revival, Product Sales"的範本 內文大致應該是致信客戶了解為何客戶許久未有音訊~並藉此透露公司有新產品的訊息~ 我想請問這個"Customer Revival" 要怎麼用中文來解釋? 是指"客戶的再次拜訪"還是什麼? 因為看他原文範本是這樣寫: Dear It has been so long since we have had the opportunity to be of service to you, that I have begun to wonder if perhaps, we have offended you in some way in the past. If this is the case, I would greatly appreciate knowing what happened.
