[中英] 基於商業機密的寫法

因為某因素需把這句話帶入寫給客戶的信中~

請問這樣寫可以嗎?

we are afraid that we are not able to tell the company's name
due to confidential issue.

我其實是想說"基於商業機密與商業道德..所以無法透露此間公司名~~"
