[閒聊] Bono的失言風波

[Nilthoron (Massive Attack)]

就是Bono前幾天在上BBC的廣播節目時說錯話的那一件事

我看到有台灣媒體寫出這件事情，還寫的一附唯恐天下不亂的樣子
掐頭去尾斷章取義的報導我就不轉了
而且這次Bono根本就沒有講什麼Coldplay讓他感到威脅之類的話，不知道他們在亂寫什麼

主持人Jo Whiley在訪問中問Bono是否認為Chris Martin像Paul McCartney一樣有才華呢?
Bono回答："I think he's that good a melodist, but he's a wanker"
後來Jo Whiley就說你要不要道歉?在節目說那句話(wanker是髒話不可以說)

Bono回答:"Oh sorry I'm a reformed character, I don't do that any more."

後來又說 "He was obviously a completely dysfunctional character and a cretin,
but he happens to be a great melodist and up there with Ray Davies, Noel
Gallagher and Paul McCartney."

然後趕快滅火"I think they are a great band and, actually, it turns out he's a
great soul as well. Sorry about that. I was just joking entirely."

其實我聽了覺得Bono的確是失言了，那幾個字真的不好聽 <囧>
不過他真的是沒有惡意的，是在開玩笑的(雖然不好笑)
Coldplay歌迷不爽我可以理解，不過Bono一向講話就是這樣不經大腦啊啊啊~(￣□￣|||)

後來Chris Martin回應了，我覺得他回應的很得體有風度

"I always thought he felt that way. I think it's great that we're arch
enemies – that's a joke too. We respect any musician, particularly ones who
have kept going and not changed line-up and have always been good."

We're competing with people on their fifth records. We’re just coming up to
where people were making Revolver or The Joshua Tree. We’re at a very

(上面那段話看的出來他們壓力很大，不斷的被拿來和樂壇的前輩比較和被期待成為經典)

Chris Martin一直都很喜歡U2，他們兩團的關係也一直都很良好(雖然歌迷常常在戰orz)
相信不會因為這次的事件打壞關係的，這次的事情也可以快快結束
