Jazz Note: Rumors of Shawn Bradley's imminent arrival in Utah, practically
since the Castle Dale native arrived in the NBA in 1993, have begun again,
this time as a potential sign-and-trade transaction for Greg Ostertag. First
floated on a Dallas radio station, the story spread Sunday to the Memphis
Commercial-Appeal, which suggested that the Jazz might sign Ostertag, an
unrestricted free agent as of July 1, to a contract equal to Bradley's, then
swap 7-footers with Dallas. The 7-foot-6, 32-year-old

Bradley has three years remaining on a contract that will pay him $4.5 million
next season.
