Still grinding

Everyone knows that I'm a free agent and I was looking forward to signing back
with the Utah Jazz. I really want to play in Utah and I feel I played really
well in summer league. But the Jazz didnt guarantee me a contract, so I didnt
sign the deal but still came to summer league because I knew it would be fun
and I would be able to get some great minutes at the point and show the Jazz
how much I want to be out here and how much I learned from the season.

Now with this qualifiying offer on the table along with two point guards
signed I have to look around the league and find a team that is interested in
me, a solid point guard. My agent will definitely see what's out there for me,
now that Utah made it clear that they want to move in a different direction.
I really feel like the Jazz organization is looking for something else and
going in a different direction as far as the guard position goes. It's a
business at the end of the day. It's a man's game and I have to work even
harder now because I feel like I can play in the NBA, I feel like I can help
a team win and be a great teammate. I felt like Utah was the perfect fit for
me because its a city that has great fans, great tradition, and teammates and
fans that love me and I love them back. But again its a business, I just
wanted to reach out to the fans and let everyone know your boy wanted to stay
with D Will, C Booze, Memo, Ron Ron, P Mill but things happen and changes are
made. I love Utah and for me to be even thinking about moving or going to
another city its crazy for me right now. But thats the status on that
situation, all Utah had to do was guarantee me and I was definitely staying
and I was so down when I thought about last year jazz team not being back
together. We had great chemistry, everyone got alone, we won, and most
importantly we won together. But right now I'm still waiting and praying for
a great situation.

I have so much to say about the free agent situation and Utah but it is what
it is. I'm blessed just to be living and able to play basketball again. I'm in
great shape, healthy, feel real good and I'm working hard. Right now I'm on a
Junior Jazz tour going through very small cities and towns that are located in
Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming. It's been so much fun and I have learned a lot
just by driving through the mountains, going and seeing different parts of the
country. I really want to thank all the parents, children, and staff for
making this possible its so much fun for me and I promise I will continue to
give back to the community, be positive, be the player I am, and the role
model.

I'm finishing up my mixtape which should be dropping later this month and I'm
really excited about it because music takes my mind off basketball, music is
an outlet for me to speak out about anything thats going on in my life. With
all these free agent stuff going on, my brother aka my dude aka bucky getting
put in jail it allows me to talk about things like that and get it out in the
air. I really hope all my fans get that and listen to your boy. I'm still in
the gym, I'm still working always no breaks, no off days but basketball is
what I do, music is a hobby. Its my hobby so please look out for my mixtape
and I hope everyone is excited about it because I know I am.

Besides wondering what's going to happen with me next season, Junior Jazz and
music I really been enjoying my summer, just enjoying the great weather and
I'm always staying busy. The summer is a time to get better, get rest, party,
and enjoy family time. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer and being safe
I will update you on my status and whats going on with me. The next two weeks
I will be on the Junior Jazz tour traveling around doing basketball clinics.
I love working with kids, I love basketball so even with all the stuff thats
going on, seeing kids smile and ask for my autograph make me feel so much
better and make me feel like I'm making a difference in someone life. Thanks

things can always be worse I'm blessed and know things will work out, I work
too hard and love the game of basketball too much. Thanks for the support and
