Salt Lake City named eighth most-stressful city to live

Salt Lake City, one of America's most-stressful cities?
Yes, according to Forbes.com, the Web site of Forbes magazine.
In fact, Salt Lake City is the eighth most stressful among the nation's
40 largest metropolitan areas, according to the business news magazine's
survey.
The survey relied on "quality of life indicators" that included housing
affordability, unemployment rates for August and the cost of a gallon of gas
on Sept. 4. Environmental factors also were taken into account, including air
quality, the number of sunny days per year and population density.
For Salt Lake City, Forbes.com said, "Utah's capital has the 13th least
affordable housing on our list and the eighth highest price at the pump in
an area where cars rule. The home of the Utah Jazz also has the 14th highest
population density of areas surveyed with 281.7 housing units per square mile.
Salt Lake does have a 5.9 percent unemployment rate, but as a 'Best Place to
Be Unemployed,' that may not be such a bad thing."
