The Olympic team member that Barkley is often compared to is Karl Malone. But
Barkley scoffs at those who think he could have been one of the greatest ever
if he had Malone's work ethic.

在被問到如果他能有 Malone 的訓練態度，是否會成為更偉大的球員時，老巴表示..

"I always laugh when I hear that," Barkley tells McCallum. "There are four
guys who got 20,000 points, 10,000 rebounds and 4,000 assists. So I'm saying,
'What the (expletive) else could I have done if only four guys did the
(expletive) I did?' Bill Russell, Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem and me." (McCallum
points out the list is actually Malone, Barkley, Abdul-Jabbar and Chamberlain)
