我的 H1B 去年十月生效，但是前公司今年七月初倒了
在這之間沒有申請其他身份轉換，所以目前已經 out of status 近四個月
最近剛找到願意 sponsor H1B 的新雇主
我覺得我境內轉換 status 過的機會應該不大，所以想回台灣境外轉換
請問
1. 我應該先申請 H1b transfer，待approved後再出境轉換 status嗎？
也就是說，我可以在 I-129 上 part 2 item 5選擇 a
a. Notify the office in Part 4 so the person(s) can obtain a visa
or be admitted.
而不是 b.
b. Change the person(s)' status and extend their stay since the
person(s) are all now in the U.S. in another status
2. 若想要在境外等待 visa transfer
我可以遞交transfer申請文件之後再出境嗎？
這樣子在境內遞交申請，還可以算境外轉換嗎？
我知道境內轉換 status，在approved之前都不能出境
這個規則也是用境外轉換嗎？
3. 我google到H1 transfer的規則之一是，申請人在遞交申請時須有合法 status
所以若可以，我希望待我出境之後，公司再提出申請
但是 H1 transfer需要文件之一是 I-91
若出境 I-91 不是會被收回嗎？
4. 請問境外轉換，notice of approval I-797會寄到海外地址嗎？
