各位板友大家好, 在下想請教關於 CPT 長度的問題, 爬文後發現三個資訊:

不過Full Time的話做超過一年的話,以後就不能申請OPT.
但是這些仍無法解決我心中的疑惑, 所以又查了 USICE, 不過還是有些問題, 希望板友可以熱心解答.
USICE 關於 CPT 的說明: http://www.ice.gov/sevis/students/cpt.htm
其中寫到:
Students who have received one year or more of full time curricular practical training are
ineligible for post-completion academic training.
Exceptions to the one academic year requirement are provided for students enrolled in
graduate studies that require immediate participation in curricular practical training.
問題一: post-completion "academic" training 就是指 optional practical training (OPT)
post-completion 的那部份嗎?
問題二: "one year" 是怎麼定義? 01/02~12/30 這樣算一年嗎? 還是超過11個月就算12個月, 也就是一年?
是以天計算, 以週計算, 以月計算?
問題三: 我 program 其中的一個 criteria 是:
Students must complete a minimum of two years of teaching experience in a full-time
special education position or the equivalent (form CL-41 EXP,
signed by the district’s director of human resources)
in a public school or private school of equivalent status
while holding the Preliminary Level I Disabilities Specialist Credential.
請問這樣符合 exception 嗎?
