這個段落本身沒有錯誤

關鍵在於你的新的I-129尚未被通過，所以無法用舊的H1簽證搭配新的I-797 approval
: 另外原雇主除了不再sponsor我的H1B以後(應該是影響work authorization而已)
: 一定要提出撤銷我的H1B簽證嗎？(連我的visa status都被撤了)
沒有錯誤，雇主應該要撤銷你的I-129，而H1的合法身份就是和工作資格綁在一起
畢竟H1就是專業工作人員(簡稱專業工人);工在人在,工亡人亡
你的簽證是屬於護照的一部份，當然不會被撤銷，只有領事館、入境官可以撤銷簽證
你被撤銷的是在美國工作、居留的status
但是因為你送出了H1 transfer的申請，也拿到收據，所以你可以繼續合法居留、工作
但是在拿到approval之前，不能旅行; 拿到approval之後，就可以用舊簽證旅行
律師沒有明確提到這個部份，但你也沒有明確問這個部份，所以他不算是答錯
