去年底因公司縮編所以遭到解雇，H1B sponsor到2013/1/1。當時有點灰心，
加上身體因素、家庭因素有點想要就此搬回台灣，所以沒有多留意visa的事
。經過這一陣子的沈澱與釐清，我還是想要留下來試試看，律師建議馬上轉
B1/B2讓我可以多留六個月，這六個月除了一面找工作外，我也想要去上些課
，上些自己真正有興趣的課，即使最後還是回台灣也不會有遺憾了。
律師那邊最近正忙著大量的H1B處理，他沒時間幫我H1B轉B1/B2，他建議我自
己上網完成即可。請問我的狀況比較適合申請B1還是B2呢？
律師建議我辦理B1，他要我去找一些未來幾個月的研討會或學術相關會議去
參加。我正在填visa轉換的I-539，請問這種研討會要填在哪裡？我找不到適
合放的位置。
關於填表還有以下幾個問題：
3e. Have you, or any other person included in this application,
done anything that violated the terms of the nonimmigrant status
you now hold?
請問我是回答yes嗎？因為我1/1到2月的身分是未明的，這樣對我有傷害嗎？
3f. Are you, or any other person included in this application, now
in removal proceedings?
這個問題看不太懂
3g. Have you, or any other person included in this application,
been employed in the United States since last admitted or granted
an extension or change of status?
這裡是要詳細填寫我在美國的就職經驗嗎？
