因為一些行政作業上的疏失，我無法在JUNE畢業需要等到AUGUST(課目前已修完)。
問題是我OPT已經送出且填寫JUNE畢業，OPT開始日是8/10號，
目前查OPT status還在initial階段。
請問是否還有辦法讓OPT如期在8/10號生效呢(假設我在8月畢業)?
還是必須重新申請，從現在算起90天也就是最快9月多才可以生效?
目前在網路上查到:
"If the student has filed for the EAD and it has not been approved by the
USCIS, the student may request a withdrawal of the EAD application."
這邊withdrawal是指再申請全部資料都要重寄嗎?
麻煩有經驗的朋友給我一些建議，謝謝!!
