這個兩年的 bar只針對J-1 Prosfessor/Research Scholar 有效，因此若當事人
不是再度申請這個類別的 J-1簽證，就不適用。

個人認為他們沒看懂你的問題，所以就拿J-1 的FAQ 來回答你。
我的看法是不行，因為你這樣接連兩個J-1 都是屬於Professor/Research Scholar
類別，自然受到 22 CFR 62.20(i)(2) 的管制，需要等待兩年。
