今天要快點把資料都準備好丟出去
可是剛剛在看說明的時候才發現很困擾不知道我符合哪一個
我是先拿到H1 Approved了 才要幫我的配偶申請
在說明書上面有著
All form I-539 with a principal's Form I-129, petition for Nonimmigrant Worker
MUST be sent to the USCIS California.
但是又看到這邊寫
Dependent filing Form I-539 for a change of status of stay separtely from the
principal's application, and whose principal's application is pending or
approved, should file at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility.
我現在到底應該要寄哪一個呢.........
