[北美] [H4 ] I-539填表問題

接續文章#1Jrk16hF (VISA)

我10/16/14入境後 拿到I-94只到11/14/14(目前舊的H4 Visa到期)
隔沒幾天卻收到離境前申請的H4 extension通過 到11/14/2017

律師叫我去CBP請求I-94延期
我去了一次
結果CBP說 我的Status OK 什麼都不必做= =
回來後又問了律師
律師說CBP搞錯 叫我再去一次
如果CBP還是這樣說 那就要再申請一次H4延期

但I-539填表有點問題

先生已經拿到新的I-797 H1B extension until 2017
公司也同時在幫辦綠卡中
過了ETA-9089 正在準備I-140&I-485(還沒送件)


Part 4-3
a.Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an
immigrant visa?
-->這個應該答Yes or No?

b.Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person
included in this application?
-->這個答No 對吧?

c.Has a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust
Status, ever been filed by you or by any other person included in this
application?
-->也是No 對吧?
