Mum stops Hirayama joining Valencia

Valencia must convince Sota Hirayama's mother to allow him to quit his
University studies before they can sign the Japanese U23 international striker.
Mrs Hirayama is insisting her son continue his engineering course at the
University of Tsukuba rather than sign with the Spanish Liga champs this
summer.
Hirayama, 19, is rated Japan's hottest young attacking talent, having
been spotted at a young age playing village football.
His agent is attempting to find an agreement with the family which would
allow Hirayama to sign with Valencia, while also continuing his Engineering
studies this year.
