Valencia move for Liverpool striker Baros

Valencia are chasing Liverpool striker Milan Baros.
Intermediaries connected to Baros' agent, Pavel Paska, spoke with
Valencia president Juan Soler earlier this month about the Czech Republic
international's deteriorating situation at Anfield.
Reds boss Rafa Benitez has been disappointed with Baros' form this season
and blew his top after he was sent off against Everton last week.
Liverpool are happy to sell Baros for ￡8 million and Soler is ready to
bid for the Euro2004 star.
Paska, meanwhile, insists he hasn't been contacted by Valencia about
Baros. He told Marca: "I do not know anything of the interest of Valencia.
"There are many teams that ask for Baros, but I can assure 100 percent,
that on Valencia I know nothing yet. I am not saying that they are or are not
interested, but they have not contacted me."
