  Celta Vigo have snapped up Valencia youngster David Silva.
  The 19 year-old left-sided winger is moving to Celta on-loan following
  negotiations between the two clubs yesterday.

  Spain U20 international Silva spent part of last season on-loan at Segunda
  Liga Eibar.
