連接時會出現這個錯誤

刪掉來源重新設定VSS時
會出現這個錯誤
The SourceSafe Web Service cannot be accessed at the specified address.

請問有辦法解決它嗎?
因為這樣我完全無法簽入或簽出甚至取得最新版的專案
