最近使用vb來作網址的發佈

其中

這裏可以看得到

2012%E9%A6%AC%E9%9B%85%E9%A0%90%E8%A8%80 = 『2012馬雅預言』

這個是UTF8的網址


今天我使用一個Textbox來輸入『2012馬雅預言』


"http://tw.search.yahoo.com/search?p=" + Text1.text + "&fr=fp-hotsearch&ei=utf-8&v=0"


這樣 在網址上發佈會呈現一個亂碼的情況，要如何將中文字轉換為utf8的格式呢?
