[問題] 中港台200的計費方式？

想請問，中港台200的計費方式是怎麼算的呢？
因為之前爬文是說以分計費
那是打1分1秒，就算扣2分鐘嗎？
但是我打了以下的分鐘數
把超過的秒數全部算1分鐘的話，是38分鐘
但我看帳戶裡，是顯示剩餘172分鐘呢
只扣了28分鐘，
是因為1.今天還沒過，所以帳戶還沒入帳，所以是顯示錯誤？
還是2.超過1秒不算1分鐘？，那是超過多少才算1分鐘呢？
