RK改強的靈氣又改回原本那副鳥樣

Tinker的重新武裝不能消去AR的CD了

因為上一版小兵在後期會很多隻，所以把小兵的碰撞大小減少才不會塞車

修正NE遠距小兵回血回魔比UD遠距兵稍慢的bug

: * Mekansm and Bloodstone now tell the user when they fail to heal him

補盾和血石若因為重疊法則沒補到，會告訴使用者

因為聖衣會把開圖鬼燒光，所以開圖鬼的賞金減少

修正RoB的變形會解掉silencer的沉默詛咒或因OD的精華靈氣補魔

Naga的賽蓮之歌現在不用看到人也可以確實的讓視野外(上下坡/隱形)的單位睡著

Meepo的分身屬性共享從40%修回25%

煉金師得罪了冰蛙，全世界的農夫都哭了。

酸霧範圍 700->550 耗魔120->160 每級上升的str 2.4->1.8 int 1.5->1.0

等級一絕招的回血減少

貪婪的疊加時效20->18秒 上限 20->18元

跑速300->290，要開Lv2或3的絕招才加的回來

減少一開始的防禦

修正乳酪回覆正確的量...(乳酪又回來了!?)

: * Fixed the creep spawn sound from happening too early in -mm

修正CP長出來的聲音在-mm中會太早出來

防禦aura的疊合被改掉了 應該是避免後期小兵海防禦太高讓沒清兵技能的一邊吃鱉

然後聖衣和alch的nerf可以看作冰蛙討厭農太久拖慢遊戲速度
