Dear Community!
親愛的同志們！
We will open the closed Beta Test server from tomorrow (Aug 17th 2009) ,
everyday 6 pm - 10 pm (CEST/GMT+2)
封測將於 8/18 起，每天的凌晨0 點至4 點為止。
It's because of the unstable connection problem caused by high traffic and
errors on the server side.
因為高流量及伺服器的bug造成網路連線不穩定。
With small amounts connection, it's hard to find the problem and hope our
community would help us for better stable server performance.
我們假設限定流量的話，真正的問題才會被發現並改進。
As soon as we fixed it and the server is stable, the server will be online 24
hours in the mean time of the Closed Beta period.
一旦那些造成網路不穩的問題被排除，封測期間服器將會 24小時不打烊。
We will announce this separately soon.
我們將會儘快公布此消息。

* Server can be online for testing issue during other time but it can be down
