[12/17] Blitz1941 Patch and Maintenance

Dear Blitz1941 Community,
The servers will be down on Thursday, December 17th 2009 from 8:30 am until
11:00 am (CET/GMT+1) for maintenance and patch.
December Patch:
1. Battle Field (BF) Level limitation has been changed and Military Rank
limit has been added to High Level and Advanced Battle Fields.
A. Warszawa's level limitation has been changed from Level 1-3 to 4-6.
B. Danzig's level limitation has been changed from Level 4-6 to 4-9.
C. Prague's level limitation has been changed from Level 4-6 to 7-12.
D. Wien and Odessa's level limitation have been changed to 7-15.
E. Budapest's level limitation has been changed from Level 13-15 to 11-18 and
Military Rank until Major.
F. Sofia's level limitation has been changed from Level 13-15 to 11-18 and
Military Rank until Major.
G. Sevastopol and Kiev's level limitation has been changed to 15-20 and
Military Rank until Colonel.
H. Kursk and Stalingrad's level limitation have been changed from Level 1-20
to 4-20.
2. Christmas Interface Changes
