apparently, the supertest of 9.3 patch was delayed by a week, which means the
test was delayed as well and the previously estimated date (next Thursday or
so) is no longer valid.

9.3的超測延後一週，測試服也跟著順延

properly are caused by mods – if you experience this more often (that it
doesnt light up when it should), remove mods and try again

changed to tier 8 premium, that tank for free

     DPM：2901→3128
裝填時間：6.616→6.137s
  準確度：0.336→0.363
移動/轉砲塔時的準確度buff約30%


據 WG EU 內部人士透露，九月會推出新的娛樂模式：霞飛賽車
