microfiber sofa, 42” plasma TV, stainless steel appliances (including
microwave oven, traditional oven, dish washer, and refrigerator), and
full-size washer and dryer.
Your room is furnished with a set of queen-size mattress and box spring
(high-quality Simmons), a study desk, a chair, a floor lamp, a night-stand,
and two closets with mirrors. You have your own bathroom, which is directly
connected to your bedroom.
This condo community features 24 hour concierge desk and security, outdoor
swimming pool, 24 hour fitness room, indoor basketball court, party room,
media and game room, business center, and landscaped courtyards. There are
occasional social activities such as wine-tasting, dancing, pool party,
Halloween party and Christmas party.
Monthly rent includes water and trash/snow removal. Gas, electricity, and
Internet fees are shared. Lease term can be flexible. Available June 6th.
