from now on. You will share the apt with an easy-going female PhD student.
Graduate Hills is a very convenient community. It is very close to UMD
campus and also grocery stores. The UMD shuttles and metro buses are
right downstairs. Move-in date is very flexible (from Dec. to Jan.).
The rental is $582 per month, including utilities and internet.
