yp.shoutcast.com是網路電台列表的主機，sc_serv會試圖連上去把你的電台
公開在上面，所以這個跟你同學連不上來的問題無關。
若想關掉把電台公開在Shoutcast的功能，可以修改設定檔：
PublicServer=never
