我找到php有支援COM可以去存取Outlook....
可是我的程式碼執行後沒有出現error.....
就是無法新增一個新連絡人......
後來我在網路上看到一篇文章寫說：
If you are having issues with the outlook.application locking up when you try
to access it, ensure that your apache server is running in the context of a
user on the machine instead of the system account.
它最後一句

我不太懂怎麼用......
會不會是我沒設定好......
