HTML 4.01 夠標準了吧！

This attribute specifies the name of a frame where a document is to be
opened.
HTML 5 看來也沒改，但是寫得很不明確
總覺得這問題跟input很像，以前只用name打天下，現在name跟id都要一起下了！
