[問題] 看不懂heroku的教學QQ

教學看到這裡就開始看不懂了 (從 Write Your App 那部份開始..)

想請問一下 像範例中的 requirements.txt web.py 這些檔是要放在哪@@?

然後所有指令都是在command line 打嗎@@
