Vic Gundotra 是現在負責 Google 在社交領域上的最高領導人
（Senior Vice-President of Social Business）
在他的維基百科頁面第三段提到

Gundotra joined Google in June 2007, after taking a one-year delay working
on charitable endeavors due to a Microsoft employee non-compete agreement.
由此可知，至少在業界真的有這種東西，而且還真的有企業會去遵守呢。
