[問題] zone record版權問題

   我之前在美國時曾利用godaddy做了一個網站用說明我當初在美國提供的服務
   後來回到亞州過不久後發現有人利用我的網站名稱在各大社交媒體發言
   所以我在網頁上寫的網站即內容是我在美國時就做的

   但最近回去看網站並修改內容時發現無法在發表
   問了godaddy.godaddy回答要我重修
   Zone File Editor for the domain name you want to update.

   他的解釋是
    it appears the "@" A record for ＸＸＸ.COM has not been configured
    to point the IP address on your Website Builder plan.
    If your website isn't displaying live on the Internet,
    you might need to modify your Website Builder account's IP address.
    You need your IP address to edit your domain name's A record
    and point to your website.

   我想問的是edit zone file edit是正常的嗎？
   一般在美國架站如何讓ip來源在美國？
