[新聞] A Flava of Craig David's new album

Craig David has emerged from obscurity to perform a set this week at the
prestigious Mobo Awards - and he's even working on a new album.


Hits such as 7 Days and Fill Me In will be brought together on a greatest
hits album out in November, and he said his new album will sound like a
modern reworking of his old sound.


"We're working with a guy called Jim Beanz who is out of the Timbaland camp
and he's got a very like Timbaland'esque feel to it so it's kind of more
up-tempo numbers, and working with a guy called Don O who is an English guy
here who is doing some really cool funky house stuff.


"It's kind of more of a dance feel to the album. Trying not to go back but to
bring whatever it was there to 2008 2009 because it's changed so
dramatically," he said.
