新生代饒舌歌手 24kGoldn 與 iann dior 在一次偶然的情境下合寫了〈Mood〉，沒想到
竟然成為 Billboard 100 冠軍，直到 2021 年初還持續霸榜。從歌詞和抓耳旋律中不難
發現這首歌的魔力：

＊本段為整首歌亮點：24kGoldn 指出他喜歡的女孩總是難以預測的情緒化，而這毀壞了
彼此的感情。並且說如果冷靜一點，他們之間的關係會好起來。

＊「Acting brand new」指一個人的態度突然發生變化，例如從態度親和可愛突然變得尖
酸苛薄。

＊「elephant in the room」：房間裡的大象，比喻一個眾人皆知的問題 (就像大象難以
忽視)，因為太過麻煩，所以沒有人願意去解決。例如：人民不敢檢舉賄選、鄰居不敢通
報家暴。

(為了逃避憂鬱，我們玩起愛情遊戲)
We been here before and I won't be your victim
(都是過來人了，這次我不會成為你的受害者)

在〈Mood〉當中， 24kGoldn 與 iann dior 抱怨著女孩的情緒難以捉摸，並且喜歡玩愛
情遊戲，長期來說對關係會造成傷害。雖然主題非常大眾化，但活潑的節奏和洗腦旋律卻
席捲了各大串流平台。

這首歌的架構其實跟  iann dior 首張專輯《Industry Plant》當中的
〈Never is Enough〉類似 ，但為何〈Mood〉可以爆紅，可能也要歸功當中通俗易於傳唱
的歌詞，還有抖音 TikTok 用戶的瘋傳力 (在列表中可欣賞〈Never is Enough〉以及
 TikTok 所剪輯的〈Mood〉影片)。
