SOME SURPRISES, DELAYS
No advance list can be complete, and there may still be a few surprise
star-powered releases that emerge this fall. It wouldn't be a complete shock
to see a new album from Jay-Z before the year is up, and there's an outside
chance for a Kelly Clarkson release. Many other projects originally scheduled
for the fall have been bumped to 2009, however, including albums India Arie,
Dashboard Confessional, Diddy, Dr. Dre, Franz Ferdinand, Goo Goo Dolls,
Whitney Houston, R. Kelly, Courtney Love, Rob Thomas, U2 and Gretchen Wilson.
