講的很清楚，我把它用中文描述過程好了
原文的意思是說，檢查task裡面(工作管理員)裡面的程式，
然後進到安全模式裡比較看看，是不是某些程式沒有啟動時，你的系統正常
抓出該程式然後刪除掉
XP裡面有隻系統設定公用程式稱為Msconfig.exe
開啟之後，你可以在啟動頁面檢查哪一些是可疑的程式
把它停用或是刪除就行了。
