[問題] 請問有人使用過OCS Inventory NG嗎?

如題，
想請問版上的各位大大有人使幅過OCS Inventory NG嗎?
若有的話，是否可以分享一下安裝和使用的心得，
我目前卡在安裝的部分，
它會出現以下的錯誤:
unable to start MYSQL service
check Windows EventLog for more details
