新版YouTube App暫時下架，Google正與Microsoft合作解決條款問題

微軟早前推出的YouTube 3.0大改版，引來Google方面的不滿，指表示因其侵犯Youtube本
身部分服務條款，而要求微軟將該App下架。微軟很快就表示願意和Google配合，聯手為
Windows Phone用家帶來更佳的YouTube使用體驗。雖然Google要求Microsoft方面要於22
日前將新版YouTube app下架，Microsoft就嘗試透過更新來解決爭辯。YouTube app前幾
日的更新，就針對Google的投訴中，刪除下載和播放只供電腦播放的影片功能。

沒想到Microsoft和Google之間的抗爭突然出現了轉機。YouTube 公關部門經理Matt
McLernon剛剛表示Microsoft正與YouTube 方面合作，在未來幾星期﹙In the coming
Weeks﹚為YouTube app更新，例如引入廣告，以符合YouTube API的服務條款。

據知Google合作的條件之一是要Microsoft將新版的YouTube App下架，暫時以舊版取代，
直至新版App可以容許上架。微軟一直希望可以引用官方API以加入廣告，似乎也未能如願
。據The Verge消息人士透露，微軟需要透過本身有限制的公開API，例如JavaScript和
IFrame來加入廣告機制。這亦有可能意味着新版的部分功能很有可能在再上架之後消失，
對喜歡新版設計的朋友來說是一個壞消息。

不管如何，小編希望兩方能夠解決各自的爭拗，不然受罪的都只有各位用家。
