原文在MOBILE 01 http://www.mobile01.com/topicdetail.php?f=631&t=3509778&m=s&s=24&last=45672408#45672408 昨天有急用所以想要透過Windows 8 Store買了威力導演的Powerdirector Mobile。 我的地區切換成美國,所以是透過美國市集購買,價格是14.99美元,但是還有另外的稅 金,總共換算下來,paypal共收我500多台幣)。目的是要來剪影片,影片剪起來真的還滿 直覺的,做的很好,但是沒想到剪完的片段一定要套用其中一個主題和配樂!!!完全不符 合我的需求,所以想說來試試看能不能退費,畢竟500元算是滿多的,(當然如果超級好用 的話倒也還好)。 我先去到台灣微軟的官方網站>技術支援>技術支援首頁>取得專業人員協助 >Windows>Windows 8>Windows 商店與應用程式,在取得一個副主題的地方選擇取得退款 。 讓我意外的是選擇真的很多,裡面還有社群支援、用類似skype的訊息聯絡客服,最好的 還是可以輸入電話號碼,請微軟的工作人員打給你,到這裡心裡就默默的為微軟加了很多 分。 我選了第二個,開啟一個像msn的東西,跟客服人員聯絡,但是因為我是在美國市集購物 ,所以工作人員就幫我轉到美國的客服了,值得一提的是,即時通版的客服好像是24小時 的,因為我是在台灣時間早上11點多連絡,在那邊應該已經是晚上11點左右了。也因為這 樣,排了大概第四個才連絡上。 總之,連絡上了以後,聊了幾句就成功退款了!客服還提供如何記錄連絡對話。反正就 是心情大好。不過我有疑問的是,連美國都可以這樣說退就退,Google到底在屌什麼呢? 會花錢買軟體的人,就會一直花錢買,但在茫茫軟體海中,對我們說風險真的很高, Google只小氣的提供15分鐘退費,就好像在指責我們花錢的人貪小便宜一樣,想到就覺得 不舒服。我在微軟的WP商城和WINDOWS 8都有退費過幾次,但那真的是因為軟體太爛了。 到目前為止我所付的錢遠超過我退的錢(光是兩個月9.99美金的音樂訂閱服務就超過威力 導演的價值了),對我來說,我必須要有遇到爛軟體可以退費的保障,我才願意花錢,所 以我想我暫時都不可能在Google Play買東西。良好的退費體驗和付費軟體提供試用才是 鼓勵消費者的因素,指責消費者會貪小便宜真的像是付你錢還要打我臉,真的令人很不爽 快。 以下給大家對話紀錄供大家參考。 世界上叫榮光的應該很多吧哈哈,我就不改我的姓名了呵。 Walker S: Hi thanks for visiting Microsoft billing support.
