相信大家都知道有壞消息就是延期了.今天有好消息了
Core Development for Windows Phone 8.1 is Completed.
Windows Phone Team at Microsoft is completed the development of core OS as of
today.
But wait.. It is still not RTMed. There is still lot of minor bugs needs to
be fixed & it is reportedly take about a week or two before the OS will RTM.
The another good news is that Developer Preview is delayed only about a week
from expected date of 2nd April. But WP 8.1 SDK is still expected to be
released during #BUILD2014.

想嘗鮮的人,不用SDK,所以再等兩周
