蘇玳的二級酒莊
Parker 給了 90-93 (也有看到88的)
WS 89-90的樣子
濃濃的百香果跟鳳梨味
派克說有香蕉味 我木鼻聞不出來
FULLED BODY 甜而不太膩 酸度頗低
餘味帶點芒果乾的味道
派克說餘味悠長 不過好像不是他喜歡的蘇玳類型
比起來我更喜歡甜中帶酸的那種雙重轟炸 恐怖平衡
第二天喝苦味稍微明顯一點 香氣也不如昨天 不知道是不是不夠冰
不過苦味帶出了葡萄柚的感覺 又有點蜂蜜的味道
香氣不如昨天般外放清新
在我這要價 $25 USD
看到WINE-SEARCHER最便宜 $8 / 375ML 買12支還打八折
可惜不送北卡跟外國 其他州的人可以去找找看 真想搬個一箱

Medium yellow. Candied pineapple on the nose. Sweet, fat and bright; a bit
candied but pure and penetrating. Not showing a lot of complexity today, but
this wine boasts sound acidity, a sappy impression of extract and very good

Intense aromas of dried lemons, honey and apricots follow through to a
full-bodied, dense palate of very sweet fruit that shows masses of dried fruit
character. Lasts a very long time on the palate. Even better than from barrel.

It is against my better judgment to taste the sweet wines of Barsac and
Sauternes at such an early age, as I find they typically require at least 12
months to reveal the definition/delineation so essential in these creamy,
creme brulee, and honeysuckle-flavored offerings. Nevertheless, because this
vintage is so highly regarded, I tasted through most of the top estates. The
2003s appear to be somewhat in the style of the 1990s, with high levels of
residual sugar (higher than 2001 for the most part) as well as botrytis,
low acidity, and fat, full-bodied personalities. This region harvest began
extremely early (early September), and was completely finished within
three weeks. It does not appear that the nobleness and racy richness of the
2001 vintage will be found in the 2003s, but readers who like the big,
flamboyant, over the top style of the 1990s will enjoy the 2003s even more
than I did.
