[心得] Pinot 喝太多.....

都是盲飲後 才有的對酒款的
不過很暈 所以有的款的note 變的很簡潔


2005 A.F. Gros Bourgogne  (應該是熱到加 Cork 但是同批請小心)

closed, acidic, some mint, not much fruit (worst wine of the night?)
薄, very slight hint of 香料 和 meat



2006 Andre' Montessuy  Gevrey-Chambertin (999NT)

closed in the beggining, 很酸,



1998 Mongeard Mongneret Echezeaux Grand Cru V.V.

紅色裡帶點老酒的橘色, very sweet nose, caramel, mint, 白花
老酒的香, minty, some grapefruit, 涼的herb, 香長 但不overly強



2007 De Bartoli Windy Peak Pinot Noir (screwcap)

白花, caramel, extracted inky color, lasts long, sweetish...



2007 Picardy Tete de Cuvee

Acidic, caramel, 圓潤 但是不軟滑, some what strange wine...



2006 Clos Du Val Carneros Pinot Noir

black tea, herb, slightly sweet, caramel, alchol, 白花, interesting given
the price.. and 沒特別像新世界的, dark color



2005 Remi Jeanniard Morey Saint Denis 1er Cru Clos des Ormes

Root, 草根, 土壤, 甜香, 葡萄柚, some 豆味 and 草梗 芹菜 after being
oxidized a bit... 很映像深刻的土味



2005 Micheal Magnien Gevrey Chambertin Aux Echezeaux

Very dark inky purple (rhone/cab like), very well made, dark cherry,
alcohlic, closed in the beggining, heavier, then then caramel and then
meneral water...



2002 Vincent Girardin Santenay 1er Cru La Maladiere

sweeter than Les Gravieres, mint, acidic, old wine's caramel aromas...
有渣



2006 (忘了) Chambolle Musigny

oaky,
很慢醒 but not as good as Amiot Guy from the same shop...
cherry and strewberry once opened up...



2006 Domaine Patrick Landanger Santenay 1er Cru Les Gravieres

bean, butter, acidic, don't last as long as La Maladiere, translucent
light red



???? (但很新) Domaine Henri Gouges Nuits S.T. 1er Cru "Les Pruliers"

Cherry, Strewberry, Watermelon, 很酸, very extracted inky purple,
last quite long..



2006 Rappin Pinot Noir

Dark Cherry, heavy, then some herbs, 香料, cinnamon



2002 Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir

start very closed, then beans, watermelon, some 白花, all the typical Pinot
aromas..
