酒精度很高
Yu-sen 去採訪時有碰到16% + 的GC
就可以看出來
但是白酒酸度中等
紅酒高單寧 但沒很發狂的粹取

年輕就可以喝的

不過
"This is not a uniformly great vintage"

所以不是亂抓一隻都好喝的

'This is a year when climate often overrides terroir. In a more difficult
year such as 2008 the differences between the crus was striking. In 2009 the
sheer ripeness of the grapes dominated.'

天在上地在下 不像2008 那年 地的強弱被凸顯 2009 成熟的葡萄壓過一切

Chablis 缺2008 的酸度 (有點放重心在GC 上)


"They are certainly ripe, and therein lies the problem. Many are too ripe, and
lack acidity. They are lush and juicy and packed with fruit, and many
consumers will not mind that they lack the mineral edge that singles out
great Burgundy as a supreme expression of Chardonnay."

很熟 太熟了 不夠酸 很華麗很果很享樂 但是沒礦石的硬度


不過這種形態的pinot noir
搞不好去買2006/2007 美國pinot noir還有趣點???
