很晚了,先補一下剛拿到一區DVD時我在國外論壇寫的短評
主要是談最後兩集Fall Out的commentary:
"And.... the director's cut of "Fallout" with Hank's commentary. It's wonderful
and gave me goosebumps. They edited the two parts together so it is practically
a movie, with some scenes that didn't make to TV that was back in the DVD
version.
Hank was so intriguing, and he had said so much in the commentary. I am amazed
at how well he expressed and how much he had on his mind. His commentary is
probably one of the best director's commentaries I've heard for a TV series on
DVD. He said a lot, and I can't remember every single detail, but he did
mention something about Martin's eating. He said they've been establishing in
mid season that made Martin eat in a scene, and it's so funny because Eric is
so thin but eat a lot. They even came up with a theory that Martin was probably
quitting smoking....
In the bookstore scene where the hostages were sharing their 911 experiences,
Hank said Libby's experience (being away at the time of the event but felt so
surreal and went back to NY on the train, get off at Penn Station) was based
on his own experience. He was at LA at that time, and he just felt that he
should go back after a while. He was too scared to take a flight so he went
on a train from LA to NY, then got off at Penn Station. It was touching."
