我選擇第一種寄支票，
不過我還是不太清楚
Option 1: We send you the tax authority cheque so you can cash it
yourself. Once you receive this cheque, your bank will need some time
(usually circa 4 weeks) to cash it and your bank will apply international
cheque clearing fees. To avail of this option, we need you to first pay us
the remainder of our processing fee of US$ 38.00 into our bank account.
↑請問這個是它寄給我支票，
但要"另外給他"美金38塊的退稅/寄支票的處理費用嗎？
