‧Country responsibility: Asia Pacific Countries including Japan, Greater

Key Individual Accountabilities
‧Develops and executes on an aligned direction for Customer Excellence
based on centralized monitoring & decision making.
‧Maximizes the capabilities of the Customer Excellence organization
through system and tool enhancement, global project resource allocation and
training and process documentation.
‧Allows organization to deliver differentiated value to our customers and
through preparation for an integrated end to end state.
‧Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes

Basic Qualifications:
‧5+ years supply chain, inventory management and/or project management
experience.
‧Strong data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills; ability to
work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other
analytical techniques; Excel skills are required.
‧Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to
define effective, efficient, and scalable processes.
‧Experience working across functions and with external business partners.
‧Fluent in both Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
‧Graduate degree in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations
discipline preferred
‧Experience working with computer databases and tools and process
